Yes you do need to be motivated, a self starter, willing to be coached till you find your feet, love personally developing, think I’m funny AF or at least laugh at my jokes, be willing to lean in open up your mouth and COMMUNICATE not put your head in the sand when the going get’s tough, be autonomous yet able to be a team player too, be open to learning new things and learn from your mistakes, celebrate your awesome achievements and those of your team, be willing to step into leadership as your team grows, attend as many biz events and leadership retreats as you can, understand that whilst you will have the best cheer squad and all the resources you’ll need at the end of the day it is UP TO YOU to make your dreams a reality and create the lifestyle you wish for yourself and your family using this biz opportunity to give you the health, wealth and freedom to be, do and have what YOU WANT and live a kit arse life whilst smelling bloody amazing!
