Sometimes we all hit that point in our day or week when it feels like your eyes are going crossed cos you're concentrating so hard on what you are doing and then you also realize that you've been talking to yourself and THEN answering in another accent or tone of voice. Or perhaps you find yourself swearing at an in-animate object for being so stupid and you give it ultimatums "You've got one more chance loser before I lose YOU!!!!!!!" ![]() So, yep I can find myself in this situation and the sure-fire-remedy is something I like to call the 'BREAK-OUT session'. I'll turn on some music really loud and shake my sillies out and sing really LOUD, do absolute freestyle dancing (because this is my house and I'll dance how I wannoo) and before you know it I am laughing and feeling lighter, brighter and truth be told perhaps a little breathless (because I'm not sporty spice).
