Pretty sure I'm heading into Red Tent territory soon so that generally makes me a bit scatty.
It's ok not be perfect and polished every time and we can put so much pressure on ourselves to get.it.right.all.of.the.time.
But life just isn't like that is it? The skill I have is to recognise when I'm losing my shit and then change something in that moment to shift my perspective and I've had to practice it by the way. Over the years of using Reiki and meditation I've become more aware of the messages my body is giving me, the call signs, the cues, the info that your soul is telling you. When things are not flowing there's usually a reason and you just have to slow down or stop and change perspective.
For me going outside is really beneficial and I'll do my chakra breathing meditation, talk with my pets, water my plants and then I'm more centred, connected and can reprioritise what I'm doing so that I don't feel the uncomfortable mindset of being frustrated. Usually I'll turn off all electronics, put on some music and give myself one or two really-easy-achievable-got-to-do-them-anyway goals for the rest of the day. Like - cook dinner, go to bed early and the rest of it can just wait!
Inhale and exhale - aaaaaahhhhhhhh
